The Ingress team have a presence on Meta’s new Twitter rival, Threads.
It may just sign you up automatically if you use Instagram but wanted to share in case we start seeing updates there instead of Twitter.

Almost surprised that someone didn't steal the IGN before Ingress grabbed it.
It’s linked to your Instagram account so carries the same name. I would guess it’s already sort of “reserved” for you in that way.
Get all the updates everywhere else but Ingress's own forums. Sounds like normal NIA.
Ahh, I don't have Instagram, so there's that... Not sure why we want to give META more of our data.
