Incorrect timezone for local time events in Ukraine

For some reason since a few months ago all the events that should use local time are using incorrect timezone in Ukraine. E.g. todays #Ingress2sDay that should've worked from 6pm till 7pm - was active from 8pm till 9pm local time. Same goes for daily hackstreaks - hacks up until 2am local are counted for the previous day. It's a bit confusing.

Issue with daylight saving time probably? But then the differencs would be 1 hour, not 2...
Nope, it's definitely not a DST issue. Also I got info that we have different "local time" per Nia in different parts of Ukraine (while whole Ukraine is actually in 1 timezone). E.g. in Lviv (western Ukraine) we have 2 hours difference from actual time, in Kyiv - 1 hour.
