Mission that has suddenly disappeared

Hello,

On the 14th of May (Second Sunday) one of our local agents have decided to replay the banner named "Sushi cats in Montigny-lès-Metz." As he was playing, he noticed that mission 3/12 has disappeared. Unfortunately, this discovery cost him a huge misalignement in his missions' profile.

As the creator of the banner, I am sure I did not delete the mission. I have checked my list of missions and the mission simply disappeared, vanished (not in Draft). I have therefore contacted the support in app. First aswers were encouraging: you told me the mission was still in game and that you needed more screenshots to help (which I sent you). Then, after a month of silence, the support told me that it was impossible to locate the aforementionned mission.

The issue is: the mission is still indeed in the game, but none of us is able to play and/or replay it. "Action in progress" is all we got (we have tested on different devices models and Android as well and IOS, being connected in Wi-Fi and 4G/5G) (Cf. screenshot).

The in-app support is completely disappointing despite all these info: I am stuck in a loop of generic answers as "please reinstall your scanner", "this is a temporary bug", "please resubmit the mission" (this last "solution" will not resolve the misalignement of the player who has discovered the glitch) instead of receiving a serious account of the situation.

Moreover, as I was talking with other players, it is obvious that this is not an isolated case: some other missions have also suddenly dissapeared without any warning. This is a proof that there are some glitches due to Niantic that are really damaging our gameplay.

Could you:

1/ Restore the mission?

2/ If not, find a solution for our local player i.e a way for him to realigned his missions' profile?

Hoping the support here will be more efficient and less disappointing compared to the in-app one.
