Can't login to my account

Hello, I have an ingress account since 2014 but since months I can't login to it..

I had linked my Facebook account to my account but when I choose login with Facebook, it say me no account found.

But if I try to create a new account using my Facebook, it tell me '' account found, login with Facebook '', I can't login with Gmail too :(.

I asked to an enl local to check if my account still appear, and apparently yes (he sent me a scrrenshot yesterday of my account).

I signed up there with another created account because I can't sign up with Facebook of my Gmail...

If an admin can help me, it would be awesome (I even tried to some other devices to login but no luck).
