Portal scans “Upload Now” Feature Disappear

I scanned over 190 portals selecting the upload later feature

After turning my game off and travelling 40kms and reopening the game all of the portal scans have disappeared

I logged a ticket with support and they suggested deleting reinstalling the app and have been no help since
