Drone Access Error

Starting last night, after a lag issue of some kind while moving my drone between Portals, I can no longer access my drone. All I get is a Scanner Communication Error. Restarting Ingress doesn't help.

    Bumping this because I am currently receiving this error. I have: restarted the game multiple times, cleared cache, cleared data, restarted my phone, all to no avail. Galaxy S10, Adroid version 12, game version 1.122.2.

    Every time I try to access my drone, I receive the above message and it dumps me back to the local scanner screen.

    The issue is now (somehow) resolved.
