The Android app doesn't load my account information. I've tried deleting the app data, reinstalling the app, another phone and nothing helped. When I launch the app, the faction selection screen appears instead of the map. I use my Google ID to log in. Three hours ago everything was fine. Now I can only get into Intel in the browser not the game. Does anyone have a similar problem ? What am I supposed to do?

If you recieve the faction select screen, simply select your current faction (and if it asks for a username, enter your current username). The app will error out and you'll return to your normal account.
This is a bug that has been happening to a few agents these last weeks, but the faction selection always errored out.
