Portal Burnout & Hack Cooldown should be part of the Intel Map

I appreciate that the cooldowns inside the scanner app are now showing the exact values not just "come back later " and "about 4 minutes".

I would appreciate it if your personal cooldown for portal hacks would be shown on the intel map.

Maybe make it a core agent feature or limit it to portals that you scout controlled/hacked/captured if you think it is too powerful or should be an incentive for more activity, but i think data that is available in the scanner should be mostly part of the map too so you can plan your activities on a larger screen and be notified when its time to come back

I don't see why this needs to be on the Intel Map.

Burnout timers I could understand, but hack timers not.

If you are using Intel to plan your actions, the 3/5 minute timer will be long ran out before you finished planning

You could also make the browser notify you, so it is not completely in vain to have those.

Why? Cooldown is at most 5 minutes. Less if the portals you're hacking are controlled by your faction. Even less if they're hackmodded.

Your scanner view area already covers more than that.

Its a scanner feature. No reason for it to be on intel. Unless you hack from your Intel map, and if you can pull that off, let us know how you do it!

This should be "always available" in the scanner, and while the "just try to hack it" change to cooldown reporting is nice, it doesn't really help if a) you're out of range deciding whether to go there or not, and b) don't want to hack but might not be on cooldown.

But cooldowns are not a "Slow Time" feature. They're short and relevant to the scanner, not the Intel Map. The separation between the data on the Intel Map and the game is intentional. It's why Intel is slow during Anomalies. The scanner must perform, the map does not have to. And this sort of short period data is one more thing to slow down the scanner because the Intel Map is having to dig its fingers into the rapidly changing game data.

I could see the 4hr burn out being shown as a date/time when you can hack again, but not the cooldown. Remember also, that if it were always available in the scanner, you can jump to the portal easily by both key or deep link, to check the value. You don't need a wide area scan of values.
