[2.117.1] Speed bonus from successful Overclock hack is always 100%

Assuming that the speed bonus is supposed to work like it does for normal glyph hacks, the result screen should not show a 100% speed bonus every time you get all glyphs right. A 100% speed bonus would be impossible unless you enter all correct glyphs within the first frame which is something fleshy humans can't do.
