Captured portal not registering

Hi!
I tried flipping, destroying and then, after a 10 minute delay, capturing a portal in Ginza, Tokyo. I noticed it still only showed as visited but not captured. I tried turning off and on my scanner, upvoting the picture, deploying a mod and deploying a reso with no change in status. This happened at around 13:50 on May 18, Tokyo time. As I can't type the portal name, I've attached a screenshot of it with my resos deployed.

I've captured these two portal in game but it doesn't show as captured on Intel.

If you are still near those portals, try upvoting the image on the portal or use a beacon on the portal and see if that updates for you. I know those things will fix the "stuck" portal or the "invincible portal" issues. It might fix this issue too. If like the "invincible portal" issue, it will eventually update, but something is "stuck" and requires a slap or something to get moving again.
