Some Machina links do not appear on Intel

As per title of the bug report, some red links do not show on the Intel map.

One of the most fundamental and, until recently, most reliable uses of Intel was to determine whether or not blockers would prevent a planned link. This wave of Machina portals has destroyed the confidence in that idea-- this bug needs to be addressed!

For me this is completely killing the game. I will stop fielding until this is resolved.
