Reporting a portal that never, ever should have existed

When reporting a portal the most important reason there is isn't available: "This doesn't meet criteria and should never been accepted as a wayspot".

I recently saw a new portal pop up that is a underground waste bin and there is no way to report a trash wayspot like that. There is also a longtime wayspot that is a dog **** bin that I reported before but wasn't removed because of the lack of reporting **** wayspots.

Frankly, it is time for Ingress to turn off the synchronization of its location database.

The portal data that was great over the last almost 4 years has turned into a pile of garbage.

And most of the AR scans are just shots of the ground that the technicians swear are unusable.

The majority of PoGo trainers don't care if the wayspot is garbage, they will repeat AR scans of garbage for the sake of poffins.

These contribute nothing to the future of Ingress.

If the Wayfarer team wants the data from the AR scans, all the Ingress team needs to do is send it to their database in one direction once a week.

Our game, unlike theirs, is not viable without a good WAYSPOT.

Because our goal is not to get Pokémon, but to go to the portal.

Capturing portals, creating control fields, etc., this is just what happens on the screen.

But going to a good portal location is a real world event. So in order for us to have a great experience there, the portal has to be great.
