What are your ideas for potential FitRep rewards?

In January last year, FitRep was released which is the weekly pop-up you see each Monday which tells you how much you walked in the week before. A month later, Niantic revealed that they're planning (or had planned) to give out rewards based on how much an agent walked, with the tiers being 8km/24km/56km.
During January of this year, a bug report was opened that the rewards aren't implemented which was closed with a note that "No fitrep rewards have been implemented yet. Right now it is just a summary."
If you could decide, what are some rewards you'd like to see for the 8km, 24km and/or 56km tier?

8km - Low level rewards for KCap recipes
24km - Higher level rewards for KCap recipes
56km - 24km rewards + a Rare Kinetic Capsule

56km. Two Kcaps, more R7s _ X7s & some heat sinks.
Anything beat pokeballs lol
How about rewarding me with an option to skip the annoying FitRep popup that comes up if I happen to restart the client on a Monday.
I don't know about a reward for FitRep because we now have kcaps since that announcement.
If there was any reward, I guess materials for a program or two would make more sense.
