Ingress Origins - What came in your packs?

I ordered two of the Ingress Origins packs. One to keep, one to trade or give away. Package was well packed this time around. No missing codes or duplicated codes (no, you can't see them)
I'm confused though. I have different items in the two packages/sets/kits whatever you want to call them. Did I get extra items, or am I missing items?
The patch and pins were the same. (2 of each)

1x NL-1331X Keychain (I think it is?)

if you have subscribed to the Origin kits before
March 18 (? I think that was the date)March 28, you get some extra items from the "Ingress Vault", which is a fancy way of saying that Niantic is grabbing some random stuff from their drawer. This stuff will only be in the first kit, from the second kit onwards, every kit will be identical.Your Ingress Vault stuff are the things in the bottom right of each picture.
The cut-off date was March 28.

Why do I have a feeling this will be continuing through every pack? The only item mentioning this is an email about it. Also, there's a little notch on the top left of the cards to make me think this is definitely not a limited vault.

I also just saw that 3 items are included in each kit. @EvilSuperHeros apparently pulled a short stick and has one of his items be an old envelope 🙈

What a weird promotion. I got Cassandra, 2016 Hank, and the 2020 NL US pin.
I think I will wait when all the packs are available, and buy it directly in 1 purchase. As with "ingress X kits". the shipping fee is too expensive and doesn't make sense for me :)
