Mission Medals Stuck in Loading

I have reached out to support twice, followed their instructions to delete and re-installed the app on 2 separate compatible devices with strong network connection (wifi & data) but the issue persists. The white triangle in the center just kept loading and would not load any medals below the bottom row on this screenshot.
