We have a problem with a player that reports legit portals to Niantic. He moves portals, or gets Niantic to remove them. Some portals has been removed 20 times, and we have to nominate them again. Other portals has been moved to wrong places. He's often bragging about how easy it is to foul Niantic to remove portals. Ingress, pokemon and pikmin-players are getting really mad about this behaviour. When we reports this to Niantic, they say that it's an other "team" that handle that kind of question, and then nothing happened. How can we stop this cheating?
