Subscription not applying on iOS
After a lengthy process with Niantic support and deliberating with Apple support to ensure a pending subscription charge went through on iOS, Niantic still refuses to assist in getting my account subscribed and issuing the rewards promised despite funds being processed.
it’s is extremely unprofessional, constantly bouncing the issue. I would caution everyone on iOS in subscribing to Ingress Prime.
This is the first time on iOS I have had this kind of issue with an app, I want to support it but no rewards are provided despite doing everything in my power to provide the Niantic support desk with the info they required.
