[2.108.1] German translation fixes and improvements

The German translation of Ingress ranges from slight irritation to downright bad in some cases, with a few untranslated strings sprinkled throughout. A while back, a group of agents and I went through the Scanner and suggested some updates to the German translation, which Niantic implemented. Since then, over two years have passed, so I sat down and tried to find and fix/improve as many translations as possible.

If Niantic doesn't want to use the suggestions (which is totally fine, no hard feelings, promise!), please gimme a heads up so I stop looking for errors :)
