[2.108.1] Machina portals zap XM when out of (zap-)range and hack unsuccessful

Normally, when using the tap-and-swipe action on the map while trying to hack a portal, the hack simply fails and doesn't trigger a zap when it's an enemy portal.
Machina portals do not follow this rule and zap the agent 100% of their XM no matter how far away they are, even though the hack doesn't go through because the portal is out of range.
Could be by design, but because it's not limited by range, I'll open a bug report for it.
