Nominations disappeared but are counted as nominated

I had 20 portal nominations done to be "Uploaded later" as I did not want to use unstable mobile data.

Before I got back home, Prime completely crashed while playing and did not start after closing the app. It froze to the Niantic logo loading screen.

I had to reinstall the app to get it working again hours later, but due to reinstall, all the 20 saved portal nominations had obviously disappeared.

However, my nomination counter has been deducted those 20 nominations that have now disappeared, so not did I only lose the nominations I used a lot of effort to but also I now 20 submission less to nominate.

I know that there is no way to get those nominations back to be uploaded, but I really would like to see those 20 nominations reimbursed. It is absolutely unfair that bugged or removed submissions still count towards used submissions.
