Game crashes as soon as i get answere from ingame support chat.

Iam not sure yet, but it seems like my game completly stops working if i write a ticket and get an answere.
Its now the secound time i need to fully uninstall the game, and i belive because i got the answere on my last ticket.
what can i do?

@Cl4whammer A few other users have pointed this out and you are correct but it might be something out of Niantic's Control as its a third party helpdesk software that sends out the push notifications.
Its obviously a change on that software that needs addressing but i doubt the 3rd party will listen.
In the meantime i suggest using the web browser chat version and then keep checking that for a reply as its outside the app it wont cause the crash.

If you scroll back a few pages you'll see a few of the other users mentioning it,thats the reason for my reply plus theres another game developer i support that up until late last year used the same software and they ditched it for a simple webform because of similar issues.
Its brilliant software for the helpdesk dont get me wrong but they just dont like answering people when they find bugs or emails let alone there clients like niantic.

Ah, that's why ingress kept crashing for me.
Basically, my common kinetic duplicated itself today, so I opened a ticket. Then a bit of time later ingress crashed. So I opened a second ticket, and then it crashed again. Now it makes sense.
