Portal nomination - set portal location

When moving marker to the intended location, it's very lag. Sometimes marker not moving and map hard to enlarge or reduce.

And when after submitting portal nomination, during next nomination the map wont show in the set portal location page. Need to restart ingress to solve the problem.

The lag is very very bad, it's almost impossible to accurately place a pin and many folks have reported that the pin did not end up where they intended because of it.
