ingress doesn't launch when tapping on an notification alert

I don't know if this is a problem with the app or my phone, but I used to be able to tap on a notification (usually an attack) and have the app launch, that hasn't worked for a month or so, therefore I wonder if perhaps an upgrade broke that functionality, since it does work with notifications from other apps (it will launch the associated app, that is when you tap on the notification.) Something that is interesting is that the app info shows I get no notification from Ingress in a week, which is clearly incorrect.

Hmm. This is definetely not rom problem,i reproduced that. No launch via notification(maybe a dirty hack to avoid that error with 0 inventory which was few releases before)(2.100.1)

And the same situation with "0 notifications per week". Both on Android 13, 11 and 10.
