Not cool NIA, I've send since 2 weeks ago the new ban appeal that you want here, and doesn't look to a solution different than say that I already got my definitive decision.
Helpshift is outsourced to by Niantic, so its quite annoying that the Niantic staff here even suggest trying to submit appeals to them for anything that goes off their short script.
The JMods of Jagex can respond personally to requests like this any they have hundreds of thousands more players. The fact that a technical staff member at Niantic can't take 20 minutes of their day to improve customer faith when there's been such a huge pushback against this is frankly astounding.

so its something in xiaomi and their software that triggers niantic anti-cheat detection systems whatever that can be....
And still haven't received any response to the new ban appeal ... NIA it's playing with my feelings.
