Order received, but no QR codes in mail

I ordered tickets and 2 support kits voor de 1331 in Utrecht but never received the QR codes. Order was received succesfully...i have a screenshot of that. I contacted support and they said they'd be in touch but after that I've not had any word. I still have not received my tickets. They are NOT in spam

    The one time I didn't receive a ticket email, Niantic told me to contact Splashthat.com support. They're the ones who email the tickets, and they're the only ones who can remail the tickets.

    They contacted me and said they resent it but still have not received anything. Really hope this can get resolved....
