Niantic Supply did not send a package I paid for. I still miss my Susanna Moyer package. It has not been sent according to the tracking service. Niantic Supply does not answer my mails. What to do?

I've only had to contact them once regarding missing item in my order, but they did get back to me within a couple of days and it was eventually resolved in a week.
