Rare Kinetic Capsule not hackable

Since the start of the 10th anniversary i got not a single Rare Kinetic Capsule from a hack. 500+ hacks, more than 1500 glyph points - nothing.

    Would be nice to get an answer from the devs/mods.

    There are only few days left in which the Kinetic Capsule Distance is reduced and i can't take advantge of it because i still can't hack Rare Kinetic Capsules - not one since the beginning of the 10-Year-Event. 

    An update to 2.104.1 changed nothing. 700+ Hacks with 2000+ Glyphpoints but no Kinetic Capsule from a hack.

    The droprate seems to be vastly lowered it seems like. I got two this morning off my epoch hack/glyph. And one late last week. But other than that, the drops have been cruddy.

    sounds really strange thats alot of hacks i hacked more then i can afford to use even if they lower the drop rate u should have hacked more by now not sure what happens
