Frackers not giving up items while hacking

We have a problem with frackers. After placing them on a portal they may work just one hack but no more. I have used approximately 8 frackers over the last month collecting keys and gear but the frackers are locking up while glyph hacking or just hacking. Can you please look into this, would really like to know if this matter has been fixed before I waist another one. Thank you

I'm not able to reproduce this. Do you mean Ingress softlocks when you hack or Glyph hack, but only the second time you hack after you use a Portal Fracker?
What device and OS version are you on?

This seems to be fixed with v2.102.2 or later.
