Disappearing key locker

Tonight after charging several of my main keys, my prime key locker repeatedly failed to reload them. When I restarted Ingress, I was dismayed to find that it had disappeared altogether! Please help!

Of note , I have also had difficulties with a quantum capsule which mysteriously duplicated itself and could not be made to function. I managed to retrieve the keys I had stored in it and placed them in another capsule, but I no longer can trust my quantum capsules.
