Two COMMON “kinetic capsules” in inventory.

I have two common kinetic capsules in my inventory. They have the same number:7DD8D84A.
I can only fill one. If I try to fill the second one i get a connection error:
if i rename one the other also get the second name

I have the same issue and also created a bug report on the forum. I've also managed to contact support by choosing 'Gameplay help -> Kinetic Capsule'. However, that wasn't really helpful:
They asked me to reinstall the game, they asked me to switch off adventure sync and turn it back on. They then didn't get a reply within a few hours and closed the request. I don't understand why they do that, you get no notification in game anywhere they replied, you have to go through settings -> report a problem to see if they replied.
In any case, I think this problem is big enough to warrant a full investigation into why it's happening. (Same goes for the drone issues) They are burning through time and resources trying to resolve it on a individual level.
I also found that when both are empty, you can fill both, but then when they are both finished you can claim only one; the other will give a scanner communication error like you posted. I also had this issue with a 'rare KC', and I just filled one until it was used up and the other one disappeared as well.

I have the same issue, two common kinect capsules and can't start a new rare program because it says "I have too many already".
