This is frustrating, travel to other places and have issues to play the event, hope can you help to fix this
Sadly, this is a server side bug and cannot be fixed from your end. It should automatically resolve after 4 hours, after which you should be able to start missions again, but until then, there's nothing you can do :/

Support doesn't seem to have direct access to the Ingress database, just look how long it takes to remove a duplicate Drone or Capsule after you open a ticket. And even if they did, I don't think Support would be faster than the 4 hour timeout that happens somewhere on the server anyway.
