In-app conversation with NIA support stays open so can’t start a new one

I want to report a spoofer using the Contact Us option in the scanner, but since NIA never replied to the last support call I tried to make, that conversation is still open and I can’t start a new one with the chatbot. How can I now report the spoofer?
You can start a new discussion via the desktop using Incognito Mode at https://support.ingress.com/.
