any recommendation for a ban without justification, days ago my device was stolen and I temporarily entered a different one while I got a definitive one, could that be the reason for the Ban?
If your old device wasn't remotely locked by you when it was stolen, then the perpetrator could have gone into your game, and wrecked havoc, even deleting your game account.
How would you get banned for having phone stolen? I've used a second phone often at low signal portals. (It has nothing on it other than Ingress so avoid gifs being sent, emails inbound etc to reduce data use).
