Kinetic capsule daily limit reached

I have not been able to use any kinetic capsule - common or rare - for nearly three weeks. I keep getting the same message "Daily distance reached. Try again tomorrow." This message appears even right after I wake up. Now I get an email that I will get less from my CORE subscription. The 4 APEX was a draw for me - now to have 2 fewer along with two capsules that I already have nearly a dozen of that I can't use is not exciting.

@jimho777 there was an issue with the daily distance limit on Kinetic Capsules that we've since resolved; however, in order to fix your account, you'll need to claim your 6 completed Kinetic Capsules before you're able to start a new one or run a new Program.
Did that and still getting error. Restarted game and still getting error.
@NianticBrian I tried the next day and I tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Same message “daily limit reached try again tomorrow.”
