Support requests being ignored
How do I get an incident escalated?
Months ago now I clicked the wrong thing and **** fingered the rejection and bought 10x R8s (from when NIA had placed reso purchase so when trying to deploy an R8 if you spun too far you would then click 'buy R8's)
I immediately submitted a support request to reverse the transaction through the ingame support ap.
NIA refused to reverse the transaction, and i requested an escalation, where they say it had been.
Over 2 months have now passed with no update or response to many many requests for an update.
How on earth do I get anyone looking at the issue?
