Unable to start new Kinetic capsule programs

Without having the maximum number of Kinetic capsule programs active, I get one of the following two errors when starting a new: 'Communication error' or 'Illegal program'. The messages are given when trying to start the program 'Hypercube'

Restart of application didn't help. However, restart of the phone did help.
