I'm not sure if they will read me, but in our city of Ternopil, western Ukraine, many players cannot play because of cheaters who use bots to make indestructible portals and always have a bunch of weapons and modifiers that are collected by the same bots. As long as it's there, we don't want to get back into the game. Sincerely, the enlightenment team of the city of Ternopil.
I was surprised at how many questions they had to try and gauge interest in agents meeting either Niantic staff or characters. Like, I have ZERO interest in meeting anyone at Niantic. I'd rather spend my money/time earning medals and maybe catching up with a couple other agents while doing it. My scanner profile is everything in this game, shaking hands with some "random" guy for $50 ain't changing anything for me...
As someone who came to the game in the last 3-4 years, the characters seem out of place to me, which probably explains my lack of interest. The storyline makes no sense to me…
That actually brings up a thought in that the new agent experience should include more of that. Something that doesn’t take a couple minutes to complete, but tasks and “missions” that help on board agents better, but also give a bigger view of the fight we’re all fighting and resources for agents to learn more about it, if they wish…

All KPI matters. Not players matter.
I write to them

Choose NL meetup. Everyone got a badge tick on it during COVID so technically you attended.
Not with Ingress, but I recieved one in PoGo. Basically:
-How satisfied are you with the game?
-Will you recommend this game to your friends?
(Survey ends here)
My reaction: 🙃

Did you get any incentive like an Ingress Code from Niantic after that long survey?
Negative
I'm just wondering why agents are still surprised.
About what in this case?
Yeah same. I have only experienced this once, with actors- Sussana Moyer (Hong Kong).
It was ... awkward.
Like she did not want to be there.
As to staff.. maybe if they had a dunking stand?
Vanguards? Be nice show of appreciation if Niantic flew them to anomaly. Or paid hotel or something. Would buy them beers.
The survey prematurely closed for me, I wanted to review everything before sending it.
It didn't mention if I want to meet Ingress Characters, which would be neat.
The story and characters made the game much more enjoyable for me.
I've ever only met the new Oliver Lynton Wolfe at Cassandra Prime Singapore, that was neat.
Didn't get a chance to meet Jarvis in Barcelona but got to listen to his speech
Though have met up with the wonderful Chiaki, Hilda and Ethan
My mistake, I got to meet Hanke Johnson too, at the Brisbane Anomaly 13Magnus. He was super cool
