The key cannot be accommodated in the capsule/quantum capsule.
It says "Error, Capsule operation failed".
I've tried rebooting several times and dropping capsules and keys to no avail.
Sometimes only one can be accommodated.

let me report that my scanner is facing the exactly same issue.
After re-installed the app, as several reboots did not work, now five of total six key capsules works but one key capsule still does not store portal keys.
