“Portal not in range” error
Drone issue is occurring more&more frequently, after drone jump an app restart is required just to hack or even worst at times it does not log the initial jump and must be moved again to hack (when jump does not log returning to drone view drone appears on a different portal -usually 2-3 moves back.
Issue has been occurring since September19th! Multiple outreach’s to in-app support with no help. Please review agents drone, video of RECURRING issue can be found with in-app support ticket 19349046

I'm having this problem too. Since at least the last time there was the decreased cool down for the drone. Mine is in 2 different places. I can hack both sometimes. Happens frequently when the app has to reboot after I was using Google Maps.
