Duplicate common Kinetic capsule

Hello,

Might be the same issue as the key locker duplication, but in my case it's my permanent Kinetic capsule that has duplicated, it has the same number and everything.

I am still able to use it so not a high priority bug, but I'd hate to have someone think I'm cheating because of it.
