How do you know you have done 166 links??
I assume and hope your not replying on peace points stat
Points </> links
u need 200 points for the badge
How much points are counted in Your stat? If it is 200+ points then it is a bug i've heard about affecting Res agents and needs investigation.Enl agents not affected.
As a workaround i'd try to made 200 links(maybe some math is broken with that superposition bonus). And ofc i'd wrote to support (stats incorrect or something like this).
