My kinetic capsule stopped working a few moths back.
Tried reinstall, turn on/off adventure sync, ingress app open when walking, 0/8km either way.
I believe Niantic needs your Capsules ID to fix it. Post a screenshot containing the ID or manually post it here is probably a good idea. In addition, try to open a support ticket on https://ingress.com/support, choose "Gameplay Help > Kinetic Capsule issue" and follow the instructions from the bot.
