So many things going on today.

I've seen 1 resonator portals holding links for several hours and my alerts have been all over the place.

Giving notifications without sound, then the notification sound comes 10 minutes late

Some alerts have been delayed for over 2 hours and giving a wrong time stamp (time stamps are also delayed over half the time)
