Nomination upload later button is missing

I am unable to use the Upload Later Nominations feature because the button is not visible to me.

Tried Following troubleshooting methods

1. Clear cache
2. Reinstalled mobile
3. Recently Changed my mobile too (My previous mobile model is Redmi Note 5 Pro)

I've attached the photo I attempted to upload. (I took this picture for testing purposes, and I did not upload any pictures that violated NIA wayfarer rules.)

Note:

I have a good internet connection with 28Mbps Download and 20Mbps Upload

I have this same issue on Redmi 7. On iPhone works fine. Problem with android, i think.
