Duplicate key locker with no way to delete. Keys in them are getting lost
I also have a duplicated blue key locker. Number F440DFF8. Can you fix it ? :'-(

I have 6 key lockers, 2 are green. I name one of the green lockers and both change names to the same name. The names won’t separate no matter what I name them. Turning off/restarting the game does nothing.
If I empty one of the green lockers, the other green one can’t be accessed. Keys are disappearing, I think.
If I add keys to an empty locker, the game tries to put them in a full locker. So many variations of this scenario.
Can’t you guys just make all the lockers different colors? Make the 6th locker a special color for being a gift?
I'm having the same issue as of today. I have a duplicated key locker with 100 keys and I cannot access any of the keys inside it.

@NianticVK - I noticed you replied to other threads reporting this bug, but not this one. Can you take a look? Thanks! I've got a report open, ticket #19016465, that hasn't been updated in a couple days.
Update - I was able to empty out both copies of the locker. The game seems to be randomly choosing one of the two copies to access. The ID on both lockers is still the same if I try to add a key.
This actually reminds me of a similar bug I had with my drone several months ago, when I appeared to suddenly spawn a second drone, and the game would randomly choose one or the other two display when I opened Dronenet.

it's been almost two weeks since I opened my ticket. I haven't received a reply since then, even after I've asked for updates in the support chat. Any idea when this is getting resolved?
I have two common capsules in my inventory and I could use them.

My yellow key locker 4A6CB98A replicated and now I have two. It seems to randomly be multiplying and deleting keys in these lockers. I don't want to loose the keys as they are mostly my far off recharge portals.
Hello. Got the same problem, my locker duplicated itself (got 2 the same yellow lockers with rhe same ID) and keys got duplicated for unknown reason. One of duped capsule is 0/100 and the second one is full, and can't be loaded/unloaded, it happens randomly. App has already been reinstalled, data cleared, still no effect.

Hey, I'm trying to be patient, but it's been three weeks now and I see a lot of other instances of this issue have been resolved already. I keep asking for updates in the support ticket but it's been total radio silence.

edit: Also, I have to point out that while my ticket sits unanswered, I'm not able to open a new ticket. I would really like to move this along because I'd really like to get some reports submitted to help out the ops teams.
I still have the same problem I can't use the lockers as they will sometimes delete and sometimes replicate keys. I have it empty now and that means I have less room for items to play with. Not sure if this is even being worked on but I would like to use the locker, not willing to as I lost several keys for portals I wanted to keep.

Four weeks now, and I'm still seeing new reports being posted for this issue, too. Where's that update?
If this is a known issue that's affecting multiple players, it would be nice to at least get some acknowledgement that it's being worked on in a ticket or bug tracker somewhere. Total radio silence is unacceptable.
If I don't get this fixed soon, I'm cancelling my CORE subscription.
