Hello, i've received this morning the OPR badge' However none of the submissions i've sent have been reviewed. Is this normal ?

There are more players that have the same issue. Seeing it's been a while now since the anomaly was and thus the OPR live submissions, I would ask for a refund to force them to look into this issue with high priority. This is paying for 'normal treatment' which imho is unacceptable.
If your submissions have not been reviewed at all (aka, they are still "In Queue" or "In Voting" in Wayfarer), open a Support Ticket ASAP. Some people had luck with it and Niantic took another look, which lead to the submissions being reviewed. Open a ticket under the category "Something else -> Events & Missions -> Ingress Events -> Anomalies".
Note that your submissions cannot be "On Hold"! Niantic can't see them on their side and can therefore not review them.

Hello @NianticVK. Do you have any clue how long I'm supposed to bé patient ? 10 days later and still no news from support !!! Furthermore I have another issue for wich i can't open a New ticket since the former one is still pending : my KL #5C032DB1 has duplicated and is therefore useless... I'm really desparate, please help
