Kinetic capsule does not progress

For a while now, my Kinetic capsule has not progressed
This week I have walked 64, but no capsule has been completed @NianticThia @NianticBrian
My Capsule ID is 440586FA
Mi Nick is FreddyMFG
I have sent several reports either through the Ingress Support page or through the application itself without getting the problem corrected

Are you on the latest version of Ingress (2.97)?
Do you have Adventure Sync enabled? There was an issue that we fixed in 2.97 that requires Agents to re-enable Adventure Sync.
Does your 64km distance walked metric increase when your Kinetic Capsule stays at 0km?

I currently have Adventure Sync turned off. Although I had it activated for months (I deactivated it today)
Yes, the mileage counter advances, but the capsule remains at 0
I also had that problem, but it was solved on its own
