Abusive and repetitive deletions of portals and restoration without keys

Hi,
Recently, 2 portals known by Resistants as anchors have been deleted for no reason
- Ancien portail de la mairie (Lezignan, France)
- Aulon - Croix des Hautisses
The first have been restored but not the keys of these portal abusively deleted
how this is possible?
is there somebody doing well his job at Niantic ?
Can you restored the keys please and ban ENL doing these abusive reports?

And you should post this in the wayfarer forum not ingress as it's POI related
the absence of key restoration after portal restoration is a bug, no ?
The crappyness of the portal aside, it's 'a new poi' as far as wayfarer Is concerned, that's down to how wayfare functions
When a portal is deleted all keys are too, in case of restoration keys are not restored in agents' inventories. That's why people are abusively reporting legitimate portals, it pisses off the opposite faction and also forces them to grind keys and dispatch them again. Not really a bug, more than a flaw in how this is handled by Niantic. I guess this would imply a lot of dev to change.
Well, the resistance in my area has been removing portals for a while now, writing letters to governing entities with wild stories about tresspassing etc. Then the governing entity/owner requests removal of the portal with help and Niantic deletes the valid portals.
Nothing to be done if that is the case, but since one got restored it might not be. Idk.
On a related note, it's also why these are moved not deleted......
