Kinetic capsule

Kinetic capsule is not working properly. It will report too soon it is finished. When I finally can start a new kinetic cycle, it will take at least 8km before it actually starts recording

    it goes well beyond alerting and not ready. it is not recognizing most of the distance traveled. After 5k, it says 1.3. etc. With adventure synch on and permissions set properly. Reinstalling game as suggested by support is not resolving for all. If you do reinstall, be sure to check all settings and make sure you upload scans first or they are gone.

    10 days after reporting I still have the same issue.

    My issue has seemingly been resolved and I’m now able to complete the capsule once I receive the notification, which is a huge improvement.

    Hopefully other agents are experiencing the same.
