I understand that, I really do. But when I'm paying as much for shipping as the product, only to find package is missing items, having to contact, wait for another delivery, issues with it, have to be re-sent... Ugh.
If you are going to send packages across the world for ridiculous amounts of money, maybe make sure everything is in there. And if people complain, maybe do some checks after packaging to prevent it in the future. Four packs, three issues with contents, two with delivery.
(And maybe add some plastic so the actual contents stay dry when the delivery company that actually delivers your package can't **** that up at least.)
It's not just me, TG groups for the sole purpose of ordering swag have astounding amounts of issues... I mean I'm glad yours were okay, I mean the support in regards to the issues is fair, but it's too much hassle for me, the subscription was supposed to make things easier. Ah well.

So I just got home from walking my dog in the pouring rain, only to find my 'package' on the ground, completely drenched.
The contents, completely soaked. They also delivered mystery cards in my mailbox, they were missing from a previous order.
The package is incomplete, again. No pin, no foil card. I'm done, I've requested (and already received) a refund and cancellation of the subscription.
If they can't manage to send stuff my way complete and without issues for 20 bucks, I'd rather have nothing at all.
The delivery is done by local carriers.
Maybe they are to blame? (Especially for the drenched package)

Have had 6 packages and no issues with contents or delivery. Seems weird you are running into so many issues.
